I think for me the most interesting part is the floor exercise as I have CMT and my balance is off I cannot jump.. Which kind of rubber band do you use and what ‘s the length , how many times do you do each exercise. Thanks.

My current workout is attending a jiu jitsu class three times a week, and since there are other people there, it keeps me accountable.
