I’ve been struggling for years to make it part of my routine in order to keep my meds dosages low. For me I had to get in the right mindset. That took a very long time to do. Then I had to find what I enjoyed. I kept forcing myself to do things I hated because I thought they were more effective (ie:running…I just hate it.) I found I really like yoga, walking, and the elliptical. Also watching shows with lots of fight scenes (ie: spn) inspired me to try krav maga (which I fell in love with). For clothes I keep it very simple. I like a looser fit (like belled out bottom yoga pants) and a loose tank top. Oh and I forgot, I also enjoy hiking and biking.

AND I can’t get the cleaning and cooking properly done without an intense simultanous dance session (regularly turning into hiphopping sessions with the kids…cleaning is overrated anyway…)! *

Zumba Toning class – great way to work out while dancing with dumbells. You squat, deadlift and work those arms while enjoying latin music. I get this rush the music comes on. It’s my Sunday morning date every week for 3 years now.
Two – HIKING. HIKING. HIKING. No need to rush it, just walking makes your heart pumping. Drinking water and listening to nature.
Those two things are making life easier…
